Business Leadership Model
I got this from Ashok and it resonates with many things that I try to do.
The following diagram sent by Ashok is a good model for many projects or businesses that I serve in or try to build. It depicts a balance between strategy and execution. I am particularly impressed that I (we) need to apply this model to the BEAM initiative that I have been working on.
