I've always admired leaders who humbly serve all, educate all, and give all to make a positive difference in the world. This past year has opened up my worldview about the capabilities of such committed 'saints', exponentially.
This blog will collate key principles weaved in from many books and quotes that endured my reflective practice to serve me and those who track this content about the multi-faceted tool kit within our fingers reach and beyond! Covey's abundance mentality and 8 habits (see attached file)
The First Three Habits surround moving from dependence to independence (self mastery and self-unfoldment):
Habit 1: Be Proactive Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind Habit 3: Put First Things First
The Next Three are to do with Interdependence
Habit 4: Think Win/Win Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood Habit 6: Synergize The Last habit relates to self-rejuvenation; Habit 7: Sharpening the Saw!
The eighth habit is to "Find your voice and inspire others to find theirs"

My friend who shares wisdom generously without demanding recognition is a clear model of a servant leader.
