How to use this resource
A brief description of how you use and contribute to the Cross Cultural Training
Background
This is a place for volunteers to contribute to cross-cultural understanding and acceptance ideas.
The assets being managed here can be used for many purposes. Here are some examples:
- Contribute to DC's diversity training for businesses program.
- Contribute to RCTC's Workforce Development Program to train business people to be more conversant with emerging countries' culture.
- Contribute to DC Board of Directors' strategic vision of expanding Rochester's capacities to thrive in the global world.
How you can help
1. You can deposit your knowledge in the appropriate sections of the info center. Talk to Al Lun about where to deposit. The structure of the site is still in flux.
2. You can review and comment on the material that is being deposited.

1. Please note that the ground rule for collaboration here is that it is open. By sharing your ideas here, you are agreeing to let others use your material.
