Purpose

The DC Board Area of the DCCC stores and captures information pertaining to operations of the Diversity Council Board.

It is being piloted to enable more agile communication, preserve institutional knowledge as well as to broaden and deepen the conversations beyond the monthly DC board meeting.

The pilot is guided by IT task force of the DC board with the following proposed assumptions:

• No infringement on delegation of authority policy between DC Board and Executive Director
• All DC Board members have read access to all the content within this area
• All DCCC members have read access except the Board Secured Folder
