We meet on the second Monday of the Month at 1PM at Diversity Council.
Responsibilities include:
- Guide the process to maintain "Governance Policies Manual" in particular:
- Governing Process Policies
- Propose conversations on Ends Policies
- Be the subject matter expert on policy process flow and its implementation
- Conduct annual Carver Model introduction course for new members as well as refersher course for board members in January of each year
- Material include: Carver Model essential points
