DC will provide dialog facilitators who will act as "guide on the side" and not as "sage of the stage". They will get you to talk about your own idea, perception, experience about thought-provoking subjects such as immigration, religious expressions, racial privileges, and human abilities.
Lots of group exploration, group learning ... but all start with each of you feel safe and comfortable to open up to talk about some thought provoking topics.

Upcoming events:
- University of Minnesota Rochester: June 17th from 10:00 am - noon. We will need six facilitators.
- Rochester Area Family Y: June 18th from 2:00 until 4:00. Management staff and coordinators. We need one facilitator.
- June 30th neighborhood level dialogues 5:30PM
