Proposed Agenda
Per email from Cheryl:
Attached is a document I will send out to the group after I update the
e-mail list. Feel free to send edits before or after it is distributed
to the larger group. I will make new copies for the next meeting.
I propose we hold a business/sub meeting this week. I am sending this
to those that may be interested in attending. Please feel free to
disregard if this does not interest you.
Proposed date, time and place:
Tuesday Aug. 11th 5:30 - 6:30 at Christ United Methodist Church
(I know I can reserve a room there and we can pick another place for
the next meeting)
Alternative times if not enough people can make it on Tuesday
Thursday Aug. 13th 5:30 - 6:30 at Christ United Methodist Church
Saturday Aug. 15th 10 -11 am at Christ United Methodist Church (I will
be out of town, but can live without being there)
It will be important to move through the agenda finish on time and set
another meeting for any tough decisions that arise.
Agenda - work in progress, send additions, let me know if you
can not or do not want to take the lead where I added you:
