Community Heroes

Throughout the community, multiple grassroots endeavors are afoot to help the disadvantaged and at-risk children in the Rochester community. These silent heroes are virtually unknown to the Rochester public, and a need exists to present a collection of these efforts, involved resources and opportunities to the community. Also, many of the involved stakeholders have expressed an urgent need to coordinate and collaborate among these groups, individuals and endeavors/efforts. Perhaps this page can be the portal for such. Listed here are some of the community heroes and a little about them. More will be added as they are discovered.
